Raymond E. Allen brings over 25 years of environmental and mechanical expertise to the team of Gobbell Hays Partners, Inc. (GHP). Mr. Allen is well-versed in the operation of mechanical and electrical systems, direct digital control functions and building energy management. He has managed environmental projects for a host of industries, from education to city governments to healthcare and commercial facilities.
Mr. Allen’s extensive project portfolio includes noise surveys, HVAC mechanical assessments, IAQ investigations, asbestos abatement investigations, humidity control, architectural and MP&E design relating to geothermal water sources and heat pump systems.
