Stephen Kenoyer, Environmental Scientist
Stephen Kenoyer, Senior Environmental Scientist and Project Manager at Gobbell Hays Partners Inc. (GHP) possesses more than 15 years of experience in environmental site and hazard assessments and remediation programs. Mr. Kenoyer has led numerous microbiological investigations in schools, commercial buildings and private residences.
Additionally, Kenoyer has conducted, supervised and written an extensive number of Phase I Environmental Assessments through Texas, Florida, Indiana and Oklahoma. He has also led numerous Phase II Hazard Assessments of asbestos and lead, including the development and implementation of Operation and Maintenance Programs and Remediation Specifications.
Finally, Mr. Kenoyer has provided consultation to several health care facilities regarding outbreaks from infectious agents, including Aspergillosis, Legionellosis and Norovirus infections.
