Air Monitoring Specialist Refresher
The objective of the Asbestos Air Monitoring Specialist (AMS) Refresher Course is to review important information contained in the initial training for the Asbestos Air Monitoring Specialist, and to provide information of new technology, regulatory changes and any other changes in the discipline. The AMS Refresher Course will provide the student with the opportunity to ask questions of the instructor. The students are encouraged to bring in their old course material to use as a review.

The material is presented through various media including: lectures, slide presentations, videos and printed material. Demonstrations of materials and equipment used in the industry are incorporated into the training.
Upon successful completion of the course, a student will have refreshed their knowledge of the responsibilities of an AMS.
