Mr. Roppel’s experience includes preparing technical reports, cost estimates, site supervision, proposals, bid packages, mold and asbestos abatement specifications, close-out packages and Infection Control Risk Assessment Plans for hospitals and commercial buildings throughout the country. He has performed multiple Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I’s) of hospitals and commercial buildings.
Mr. Roppel has performed Indoor Air Quality investigations in hospitals, hotels and commercial offices sampling Temperature, Relative Humidity, spore, water and air. In addition, he has performed Emergency Response Assessments during hurricanes/tropical storms for water intrusion and, on separate occasions, for sewage ruptures in medical facilities. Mr. Roppel has performed building moisture assessments taking into account the buildings negative pressure, mechanical, structural, plumbing systems, building construction, building history and exterior maintenance and landscaping.
