Mr. Presnell has performed daily management of projects for a nationwide client base, including oversight, scheduling, and budgeting time to meet project deadlines. Tasks have included developing turn-key / design-build project management proposals committed to completing multiple jobs in the most diligent and professional manner while providing time sensitive deliverables to clients.
Mr. Presnell’s experience includes: performing asbestos inspections, asbestos abatement and asbestos project management, in addition to mold remediation project management. Tasks have included initial building inspections, budgeting, scheduling, phasing, management of general/abatement contractors while maintaining a professional and working relationship with building owners and facility management staff.
He has also performed Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) investigations/studies in a variety of industrial and commercial environments. Parameters of the investigations/studies have included carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, viable and non-viable fungal components, and volatile organic compounds.
