Tasks have included initial inspection, budgeting, organization, phasing, scheduling, management of general contractors and abatement contractors while maintaining a professional relationship with the owner and facility management. He has extensive experience in preparing technical reports, cost estimates, proposals, bid packages, mold and asbestos abatement specifications, close-out packages and Hospital Infection Control Risk Assessment Plans for schools, hospitals and commercial buildings throughout the country.
