Leah Granderson is a dedicated, team oriented individual that adds a great value to our architectural and program management teams at GHP. Leah has ten (10) years of industry experience which encompass several facets of the construction industry including educational, federal and healthcare facilities. Successfully completed multi-million dollar projects, she is a qualified owner representative, project manager and quality control engineer with a productive background spanning bid solicitation, bid package compilation, change order preparation, contractor/subcontractor meeting preparation and execution, cost and expenditure approval, monthly cost projections, RFI and transmittal/submittal generation, specification review, contract generation, estimate tabulation, quality control and owner/architect relations.
