Mr. Owens has extensive experience providing professional services that combine architectural, engineering and environmental expertise in the creation of well built and environmentally responsible facilities for our clients. Mr. Owens manages design and construction projects delivering both traditional and technically advanced solutions in the following areas: building design, building envelope condition assessments, building remediation design, construction document preparation, construction administration and ADA compliance assessments.
Mr. Owens provides quality assurance oversight and coordination of engineering documents for architectural projects.
