For 20 years, Pete Laird has dedicated himself to continuously providing his clients with cost-effective and practical solutions for their environmental and construction needs. Prior to joining the team at Gobbell Hays Partners (GHP), Laird was the environmental team leader on the Harbour House and Everglades Hotel implosion projects in Miami Beach, FL. He also served as project manager for the demolition of the "wrap around", the 1970s structure encasing what is now the restored 1916 Historic Courthouse in West Palm Beach, FL. At GHP, Mr. Laird specializes in emergency and natural disaster response with focus on restoration of infrastructure and the build environment. In addition, he is a Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida. His diverse talents have enabled him to excel in numerous professional roles, from technical writer to environmental department manager to Vice President and Partner.
