Client: Gobbell Hays Partners, Inc.
Location: Nashville, TN
Project: This unique renovation project required a design that could incorporate the complex systems of a state-of-the-art architectural firm with the historic character of buildings built in the late 1800s.
Details Include:
• Retaining original decorative moulding and trim, as well as exposed brick walls, decorative plaster in ballroom and wood floors
• Developing spatial programming to accommodate offices, work areas and conference/seminar areas
• Addressing codes upgrades and handicapped accessibility issues
