Art Avenue Lofts

Project: Art Avenue Lofts is a conversion to the old Family Dollar store located on Fifth Avenue, built in the late 1800’s. This building is adjacent to the Kress Lofts in which both developments share a central courtyard. This allowed for 33 loft units, most with a view to the courtyard. The development also includes an interior parking garage with access from the alley.
Details Include:
• GHP participated in the Schematic Design Phase of this project, designing a variety of units including high end penthouses.
• The penthouses are equipped with state of the art kitchens, soaring ceilings, mezzanines and private terraces.
• The retail space on the street level will be home to another gallery space further emphasizing the Fifth Avenue, Avenue of the Arts name.
