Project: Gobbell Hays Partners’ talented architectural studio worked with the developer and real estate agency to design this unique development in the center of downtown Nashville. GHP’s unique blend of services was used to create fresh modern dwellings while maintaining the historic character of the three 1850s-era buildings.
Details Include:
• Within three historic structures: 17 aesthetically-pleasing loft condos and a retail component that will serve as the new home for Village Real Estate
• GHP worked closely with the developer and real estate agency to design several loft styles to appeal to the diversity of Nashville’s dynamic loft market
• Included were three “townhouse” style three-story loft units complete with their own private elevator and private roof deck
• Several of the units have individual roof decks and mezzanine bedrooms
• 2007 Brick in Home Building Awards - Gold Winner in Multi-Family Category
• Metro Nashville Historical Commission - Commendation Award
