Project: Gobbell Hays Partners worked with Brice Construction to deliver a Geropsychiatric facility for Citizens Baptist Health System.
Details Include:
• This project was delivered as Project Manager at Risk.
• The process included a complete life safety upgrade for the entire floor, a new sprinkler system and upgraded fire alarm system. The 11,000 SF Geropsych component included reworking existing patient rooms into rooms equipped with tamper resistant lighting, plumbing and finishes.
• GHP worked with the State of Alabama Health Department to deliver a safe project.
