Project: The GHP architectural studio provided turn-key management of a 10,000 SF build-out, with cutting edge finishes, for the premier OB/GYN practice in Macon, GA.
Details Include:
• GHP’s role included the coordination of architectural scope with the design build MPE firms, the solicitation of qualified general contractors during the bidding process and finally the facilitation of the Tenant’s move.
• Associated with over 2 years of projects associated with elevator upgrade, IT Refresh, Pump house, OB/GYN build out, CVICU expansion, and numerous other projects. Included was asbestos abatement, general demolition, air clearance monitoring, asbestos inspections, institution of ICRA plans relating to installation of sprinkler systems, Demolition/Build-out of OB/GYN suite.
