Project: Gobbell Hays Partners was asked by the State of Tennesse to provide various architectural, environmental and mechanical services to improve living conditions at Davy Crockett Tower.
Details Include:
• Provide Architectural and Mechanical Design Services related to specific repairs of building systems and interior finish components damaged from prior water infiltration from the exterior.
• Repair of exterior perimeter wall finishes to mitigate against further water damage and negative indoor air quality.
• Verify original mechanical design parameters and provide for requested mechanical upgrades including new energy recovery unit and system controls upgrades.
• Verify proper HVAC system operation at conclusion of work.
