Project: Due to its extensive range of architectural services, Gobbell Hays Partners was selected as the local architectural representative for the design and construction of Dell Computer Corporation’s new campus in Nashville, Tennessee.
Details Include:
• The innovative design and construction of Dell’s 275,000 square-foot manufacturing plant
• The design and construction of a state-of-the-art 361,000 square-foot call center near the Nashville airport
• Assisted in Dell’s successful expansion into Middle Tennessee that totaled over 1,000,000 square feet
• GHP’s timely and efficient design and construction services enabled the new Dell facilities to be operational within a year of the project start date
