Project: Gobbell Hays Partners was enlisted by Stephen P. DiNardo for environmental and demolition services in conjunction with the redevelopment of The Children’s Hospital site in Denver, Colorado.
Details Include:
• For this redevelopment project GHP has provided Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment services.
• GHP also conducted asbestos, lead-based paint (LBP), and hazardous materials inspections. Based on the asbestos materials inspections, GHP has developed project designs, developed asbestos and demolition bid specifications and drawings and has acquired asbestos abatement and demolition bids, provided asbestos project and building demolition management. GHP is the Construction Manager for abatement and demolition.
