Client: Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency
Location: Nashville, TN
Project: GHP worked closely with MDHA and the management and maintenance departments of Edgefield Manor to develop updated, loft-style apartments for the property.
Details Include:
• The project involved new kitchens, new HVAC, new lighting, new blinds, new bathrooms that are accessible, and a new storage unit that acts as a room divider.
• Explored the use of lighting, bamboo floors and solid wood materials to create a warmer less utilitarian environment.
• Utilized compact kitchen appliances and a kitchen island to have a more efficient kitchen with built in seating.
