Environmental Coordination during Renovation

Client: HCA – Hospital Corporation of America

Location: Various Locations across the United States

Project: Since 1989, Gobbell Hays Partners’ environmental consultants have served HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) as project facilitators between the Owner, Architect, General Contractor, Abatement Contractor and the facilities for numerous addition and renovation projects.

Details Include:
• Performing comprehensive asbestos surveys for demolition/renovation
• Producing asbestos abatement specifications, coordinated findings with renovation activities and produced 100% construction documents
• Developing contract documents for asbestos abatement, demolition and Turn/KEY services to support renovation activities
• Conducting pre-bid/pre-construction meetings with qualified environmental contractors
• Serving as independent third-party environmental consultant and/or turn/KEY project administrator responsible for coordination of schedules, phasing, on-site project management, demolition and final air clearance monitoring
• Delivering final close-out documentation for the Client as required by EPA and OSHA
