Project: Following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, the RP Carbone Company enlisted the environmental expertise of Gobbell Hays Partners to oversee the rebuilding of this government-occupied property in the Mobile (AL) area.

• Assisting in preparation of insurance claims for the GM&O Building
• Ascertaining that appropriate records were being maintained for claim preparation
• Monitoring the work of the restoration contractor and provided remediation recommendations
• Spot monitoring performance and charges of contractors
• Providing post remediation assessment services prior to re-occupancy
