Goodlettsville Branch Library
Client: Public Library of Nashville & Davidson County
Location: Nashville, TN
Project: GHP, hand-in-hand with the Nashville Public Library and Metro General Services, developed a Design Criteria Package for the new Goodlettsville Library. LEED Silver Certification pending.
Details Include:
• The Design Criteria Package was attached to the Design Build RFP and issued to local design build teams for bidding.
• GHP interpreted the Library’s program, established a workable floor plan, and designed other components of the building and site to work within the provided budget.
• Researched criteria to meet LEED Silver and included those strategies in the Design Criteria Package.
• GHP continued working with the Nashville Public Library during the remainder of the project as the Program Manager.
