Project: The highly skilled professionals at Gobbell Hays Partners were enlisted by the HCA - Hospital Corporation of America to perform a comprehensive Life Safety Master-plan and Environmental, Health and Safety Management project at its affiliate hospital in Georgetown, TX.
Details Include:
• Project Management oversight of the Suppression system expansion to provide 100% fire suppression coverage
• Comprehensive ICRA management duties in conjunction with the suppression project
• Comprehensive Life Safety assessment performed to NFPA 99 and 101 codes
• Updated facility drawings, locating all of the hospitals Life Safety components and converted to CADD files for future ease of use and enhanced management strategies
• Project Management oversight of legacy hazardous waste materials removal and provided hospital management recommendations for facility-wide regulatory compliance.
• Conducted baseline health and safety audit of facility operations and recommendations for facility-wide regulatory compliance.
• These projects were delivered as Project Manager at Risk.
