I.W. Gernert High Rise Building
Client: Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency
Location: Nashville, TN
Project: The loft-style concept was applied at the IW Gernert High Rise Building in all of their studio and one-bedroom apartments.
Details Include:
• Modifications were made to meet the needs of this specific building.
• The flooring was modified to VCT for better maintenance and the storage unit room divider was designed to be moveable to allow for tenant flexibility.
• The scope included providing architectural and engineering design services in two phases for the interior renovations as well as updating select common areas.
