Project: Gobbell Hays Partners provided its architectural/environmental expertise to Vanderbilt University for a comprehensive project at the university’s Stevenson Center. This project was presented at The International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE) Annual Meeting, July 31, 2005.
Details Include:
• Full architectural/engineering services for five laboratories and a conference area
• These labs are co-operated by the Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Departments to include:
• Nanocrystal Fabrication Laboratory
• Biomeolecular Nanostructures Laboratory
• Proximal Probe Laboratory
• Nanoscale Integration Laboratory
• Nanocarbon Fabrication Laboratory
• Several of these laboratory units were designed utilizing Class 1,000 clean room technologies within an existing building in the form of a bay and chase layout
