Project: Since 1985, Gobbell Hays Partners’ highly skilled architectural studio has provided laboratory programming and design for the Kimberly Clark Corporation.
Details Include:
• 6,000 square feet of research laboratory space, including nine laboratories
• 15,000 square feet of research laboratory accommodating wet and dry chemistry, physics and viro-bacteriological
• Relocation of newly acquired R&D laboratory, with 35,000 square feet of laboratory space, nine new chemistry laboratories, support space and administration space
• Humidity Laboratory design for testing of material processes in high and low humidity environments
• These two lab units share a common wall with relative humidity (RH) on the high side of 85% in one unit next door to a unit with low RH on the low side of 15%
• Chemical Dispensary Lab for the consolidation and distribution of chemicals to various R&D labs
• Product testing lab, which is a specifically controlled environment for the testing of products relating to respective dispensers
