Location: Murfreesboro, TN
Project: The skilled team at Gobbell Hays Partners architectural studio was selected to design a 25,000 square-foot building to accommodate the USDA Regional Offices and the University of Tennessee Agriculture Extension Service.
Details Include:
• Successful design of the first phase of the Lane Agri-Park Complex for Rutherford County (TN)
• Creation of a master plan for a 45-acre site to include agriculture, a community activity area and a park
• Structure includes a conference room that seats 300 for community meetings, such as educational or entertainment events
• Design of master plan that includes a regional tourist welcome center, open-air show rings, livestock barns, an agriculture museum and a farmer’s market
