Largo Professional Plaza Exterior Renovations and Upgrades

Project: Gobbell Hays Partners, Inc. performed an exterior building reskin project on the existing Large Professional Plaza in Largo, FL. This project also included various interior renovations.
Details Include: The “Building Shell” project will consist of exterior renovations and upgrades to the
building skin on the tower, which will also include windows, doors, storefronts, and entrance canopy at the ground floor level. The project scope will include the renovation of the main entrance lobby, interior public corridors, toilets, and fire/smoke demising partitions for demarcation of future tenant suites.
