Location: Miami, FL
Project: Comprehensive Building Life Safety and Building Compliance Assessments at the VA Miami Medical Center main Campus, specifically, The Community Living Center building and the main Patient Care tower building, which included the Ambulatory Care functions located in the main tower building.
Details Include:
• These assessments consisted of a visual audit of existing conditions, proposed corrective items, preparation of Life Safety drawings and compilation of other life safety data for The Joint Commission’s Standard of Conditions documentation.
• This investigation also included hiring consultants to perform surveys and reports for the elevator, fire protection, and fire alarm systems.
