Project: Since 1999, Gobbell Hays Partners’ highly experienced environmental team has provided consulting services to LifePoint Hospitals as a project facilitator between the Owner, Architect, General Contractor, Abatement Contractor and the facility for numerous addition and renovation projects.
Details Include:
• Thorough Phase I environmental site assessments
• Extensive microbial assessments
• Comprehensive asbestos surveys for demolition/renovation
• Produced asbestos abatement specifications and 100% construction documents
• Developed contract documents for asbestos abatement, demolition and Turn/KEY services
• Conducted pre-bid/pre-construction meetings with qualified contractors
• Served as independent third party environmental consultant and Turn/KEY administrator responsible for coordination of schedules, phasing, on-site project management, demolition and final air clearance monitoring
• Produced final close-out documentation for the Client as required by EPA and OSHA
