Project: A $600 million Florida hotel owned by Marriott International was one year from opening when a large tropical storm struck and overwhelmed all temporary measures. The environmental expertise of Gobbell Hays Partners was called in to facilitate a solution to storm-related water intrusion issues.

• Prompt emergency response to a tropical storm episode
• Environmental moisture assessment of 1.75 million square feet of floor space
• Provided project designers and on-site inspectors for moisture remediation of drywall and chilled water pipe insulation substrates
• Final building air commissioning for moisture at project conclusion – provided a clean bill of health to the owner
