Project: During the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Marriott’s Architecture and Construction Department called in the environmental expertise of Gobbell Hays Partners to oversee rebuilding and preparation of insurance claims for 11 properties in the New Orleans area.
Details Include:
• Monitoring the work of the project manager
• Spot monitoring performance and charges of contractors
• Ascertaining that appropriate records were being maintained for insurance claim preparation
• Assisting in any technical issues and coordinating with appropriate Marriott A&C technical staff
• Providing coordination and field assistance for A&C Procurement
