Project: After the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, Gobbell Hays Partners was chosen by the Architecture and Construction Department of Marriott to oversee insurance claims and the rebuilding of 11 properties in the New Orleans area.
Details Include:
• Monitoring the work of the project manager
• Spot-monitoring performance and charges of contractors
• Ascertaining that appropriate records were being maintained for claim preparation
• Assisting in any technical issues and coordinating with appropriate Marriott A&C technical staff
• Providing coordination and field assistance for A&C Procurement
• Assisting in preparation of insurance claims for eleven properties
