Project: Gobbell Hays Partners’ unique Turn/KEY method was used to construct the 12,700 square-foot Metro Parks clubhouse and golf cart barn for the Municipal Golf Course.
Details Include:
• The innovative development and refinement of an architectural program
• Creation of an innovative schematic design to gain public consensus
• Refined design through development phase for award to General Contractor to join design/build team with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) negotiated with owner
• Preparing contract documents in a timely manner for issuance of building permit
• Efficiently managing construction along with General Contractor
• Delivering project to owner for public use within 13 months from award of architectural services
