Project: After the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, Gobbell Hays Partners provided comprehensive environmental and managerial services for damages at six separate Medical Office Buildings in the New Orleans area.
Details Include:
• Accurate identification of environmental hazards (moisture, asbestos, biological, chemical, nuclear)
• Providing comprehensive scope of remediation work per damage incurred by hurricane
• Management of the Hurricane Remediation Team
• Coordinating removal of and protection of lessees property
• Ascertaining that appropriate records were being maintained for claim preparation
• Assurance that proper remediation and sampling had occurred prior to re-occupancy of the property
