Metro Building Energy Audit Proposal Task I
Client: Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County
Location: Nashville, TN
Project: GHP has been tasked to provide energy audit services in regards to potential energy savings related to existing equipment and building envelope infiltration.
Details Include:
• GHP’s approach will be to assess past energy billings to compare with industry standards and to recognize any potential up-grades for energy savings. This evaluation will involve existing mechanical and electrical equipment as well as thermal imaging of the building envelope and window systems for uncontrolled air infiltration and potential moisture penetration.
