Metro Nashville Preventive Maintenance Program
Client: Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County
Location: Nashville, TN
Project: GHP has been tasked with projects that require system analysis for building performance in multiple facilities in Metro Nashville.
Details Include:
• Building system related work has involved controls, energy analysis, mechanical system performance, and retro fitting of several facilities with new systems and controls.
• The facility work that GHP has been a part of has required a total team involvement ranging from Metro Real Property Services, General Services, building staff and users, along with qualified technical vendors currently assigned to the various facilities. This total team approach has provided positive benefits to these facilities though reduction of occupant complaints and resulting lost time, and a significant cost savings to Metro Nashville though this Preventative Maintenance Program.
