Project: Since 1986, Gobbell Hays Partners has provided immediate emergency response for Nashville’s (TN) Metro Government. One example is the indoor air quality (IAQ) investigation of the Emergency Communications facility.

• Thorough IAQ investigations at City Hall, Fire Hall #17, the Hermitage Police Precinct and the Howard School’s IT Room
• Other comprehensive IAQ projects included: post-fire investigation at the Thermal Plant, a fungal investigation and remediation of a modular unit at the Public Works Modular Trailer, a moisture investigation at the South Precinct and an odor/irritant investigation at the • • • Emergency Communication Center
• The selective demolition and moisture cleanup at Richland Head Start, including on-site observation and crawlspace asbestos abatement
• Careful asbestos abatement of 1,000 square feet at the Trial Lawyers Building
• Successful moisture and sewer contamination remediation at Lance Residence
