Myatt Drive Master Plan/Emergency Communications Center
Client: Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County
Location: Nashville, TN
Project: Gobbell Hays Partners, Inc. was called upon by Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to offer master planning to utilize the old Peterbilt Plant site at 430 Myatt Drive for future use.
Details Include:
• Future utilization of the buildings and site will be used to fulfill immediate critical needs of various Metro Nashville departments such as Metro Transit Authority (MTA) and Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD)
• Includes a 32,000 SF Emergency Communications Center for Metro’s public safety efforts
• Continued on with lab expertise in working as lab programmer for the Crime Lab facility/Metro Nashville Police Department
• Oversight of design/ build documents and implementation of owner’s program into design of project
• Review other potential departments for future relocation to this site
