Details Include:
• Identifying space requirements in a timely manner
• Developing preliminary space allocation and layouts, as well as alternative layout plans
• Evaluating layouts and making recommendations to the client, along with suggestions for possible thematic approaches
• Accurately forecasting preliminary capital investment requirements
• Addressing current and future security issues
• Efficiently identifying infrastructure and storage requirements for the project
• Preparing a thorough concessions program document
