Nashville International Airport – Terminal Landside Expansion

Project: The talented architectural studio at Gobbell Hays Partners provided complete design and construction administration services for the $33 million landside terminal expansion project at the Nashville International Airport.

Details Include:
• Efficient expansion of the Terminal building at ground level to accommodate additional rental car companies
• Streamlined expansion of existing traffic bridges at baggage claim and ticket levels for additional traffic lanes and short-term parking
• Expansion of short-term parking garage, doubling the existing footprint to the east and adding a third level overall
• State-of-the-art, new moving sidewalks to transport pedestrians at each level, linking the garage and Terminal building
• Awarded the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., Mid-TN Chapter: Award of Excellence
