Project: Gobbell Hays Partners’ architectural studio worked with the owner and several consultants to design this unique Executive Meeting Center adjacent to the Doubletree Hotel in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, as Architect-of-Record. The design includes modern functionality within a shell that is complimentary of the adjacent hotel. The project was delivered as Project Manager at Risk.
Details Include:
• 15,400 square feet of tech-savy meeting rooms, teleconference rooms, pre-function areas, and an outdoor plaza.
• Flexibility of spaces allowing for large assemblies, small meetings, and areas for personal phone conversations.
• LEED NC v. 2.2 Silver Certified
