Project: Gobbell Hays Partners, Inc. architectural and environmental studios were selected to design interior apartment renovations of 295 units patterned after the “loft” concept used at I.W. Gernert that GHP designed.

• Renovations include new flooring, new finishes, new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new dividers, new electrical outlets, new doors, new door hardware including deadbolts, and new bathroom fixtures.
