Project: The unique blend of talents at Gobbell Hays Partners was selected for the historic renovation of this circa 1927, 12-story office building into 86 apartment dwellings.

• Art deco detailing reuse where feasible
• Recreation of terra-cotta medallions using an artist to craft mould of originals
• Creative reuse of original plaster decorative ceilings and marble floors in lobby
• Restoration of original terrazzo floors in apartment levels
• Exterior restorations to include new windows to match original style
• Asbestos and lead-based paint abatement services
