Project: The environmental and architectural expertise of Gobbell Hays Partners was enlisted for the historic renovation of this circa 1927, 12-story office building. The Bennie Dillon structure has been adapted for downtown apartment living, to include 86 units.
Details Include:
• Art deco detailing reused wherever possible
• Recreation of original terra-cotta medallions (artist made moulds of originals)
• Original plaster decorative ceilings and marble floors in lobby reused
• Restoration of original terrazzo floors in apartment levels
• Exterior restoration, including new windows to match original style
• Asbestos and lead-based paint abatement included in project
• Recipient of numerous accolades to include:

• Metro Nashville Historical Commission: Commendation
• Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., Mid-TN Chapter: Award of Excellence
