Project: The talented architectural design team at Gobbell Hays Partners was selected by the Smyrna/Rutherford County (TN) Airport Authority to provide design services for creating a new Terminal/Office Building.
Details Include:
• A stylish three-story building with approximately 17,500 square feet
• Creation of a spacious pilot’s lounge, flight planning area, car rental services and food services located on the ground floor
• Design of streamlined Airport Authority offices on the second floor
• Creation of 5,000 square feet of leasable space on the third floor
