Project: The architectural expertise of Gobbell Hays Partners has been selected along with Forrest Perkins (interior designers) and RC Mathews (general contractor) for the renovation of a historic 7-story masonry-load bearing luxury hotel.
Details Include:
• New high-quality décor, finishes, lighting and special modifications and refurbishing of historic features
• A transformed grand entrance to main lobby to include restoration of vaulted stain glass ceiling and removal of existing dining platform to create spaciousness and ambiance
• New modern amenities: New Fitness Center, Business Center, Sundries Shop and renovated meeting rooms
• Progressive upgrades to 125 guest rooms and suites with bathrooms to include new finishes, plumbing fixtures and lighting
• Exterior stone repair work and replacement of windows in Clock Tower
• Architectural lighting, new flagpoles and landscaping to enhance the historic features of the building
• AIA Middle Tennessee - Citation Award
