Project: During the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) enlisted the environmental expertise of Gobbell Hays Partners for hurricane response consultation for the Tulane University Medical Center (TUMC) and five additional properties associated with TUMC.

• Thorough auditing of contractor services
• Providing a complete environmental survey, established scopes of work, composing specification for environmental remediation, and project management of remediation recommendations
• Consulting services for residual environmental hazards produced by the hurricane (bio-contamination)
• Post-remediation environmental sampling and analysis of data prior to re-occupancy of each space
