Project: Gobbell Hays Partners provided interior renovation and LEED Commercial Interiors consulting for a common area renovation at Benson Hall, originally built in the mid-1800s. Benson Hall is now LEED Silver Certified.

• New finished and lighting throughout all common areas
• Additional offices carved out of lounge areas
• Complete waterproofing of the 150 year old basement
