Project: The highly skilled architectural studio at Gobbell Hays Partners was selected by Vanderbilt University (Nashville) to provide expert assessment and planning services for the renovation of the Physics Building at the Stevenson Center on the university’s campus.

• Thorough assessment and master planning for infrastructure and functional upgrades in Building 6
• A careful assessment to evaluate status of existing infrastructure
• Determination of architectural and MEP upgrades necessary to accommodate and facilitate future renovations to take place in the building
• Deliverables included phasing options and timelines, along with budget estimates for work implementation
