Project: For this project, Gobbell Hays Partners, Inc. provided asbestos consulting services for the razing of a 90,000 SF, single-story medical office building on the Westlake Village Facility Campus for HCA in Westlake Village, CA.

Details Include:
• Removed 75,000 SF of ACM roofing
• Removed 25,000 SF of ACM drywall
• Removed 10,000 SF of ACM fireproofing
• Removed 20,000 SF of ACM flooring
• Removal of lead-based paint/ceramic tile
• Removal of 1,000 gallon UST
• Developed Waste Recycle Plan

The removal and demolition of the site is projected to last 8 months at a project cost of $1M.
